Secure Healthcare Solutions is a complex care homecare provider.

Working with adults and children in their own homes - we provide high quality care for service users with a wide range of conditions.


We have a strong operational team with a robust clinical and quality process ensuring the safety of our care teams and the Service user at all times.

*Pay Rate: £10.00- £11.21**Drivers Preferred**Immediate start**Full Training will be provided* *Days + Nights Available* *Paid Shadow Shifts*- NG tube

  • Trachy Care
  • Ventilation
Whist promoting the independence of the individual service user and meeting their care needs, Our Complex Care Assistants must be willing to:

  • Assist/provide personal care
  • To provide clinical support provided by our clinical lead
  • Provide Nutrition and hydration support
  • Support with medication needs
  • Assist in domestic duties
  • Comply with all policies and procedures
  • To liaise with management
  • To report back any concerns relating to the health of the service user
  • To participate in Team meetings & Supervisions
