Receptionist Boardgame Venue

With 13 individually boardgame tables for hire, as well as an ever growing boradgame library to manage.
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to be instrumental in the opening and running of the brand-new Dice and Pins Boardgame Venue.
As a games assistant at Dice and Pins you will be expected to follow company standards to deliver the best service possible to our customers.
You will be working parallel to our fantastic team at Brombrough Bowl, as well as receiving on the job training where necessary.
Prior Boradgame knowledge would be helpful, however customer service skills are essential along with the desire and positivity to drive the growth of Dice and Pins.
Skills You Need
- Full of determination, enthusiasm, and be able to work in fastpaced family environment were no two shifts will be the same
- A nothing is too much trouble attitude
- Able to provide high levels of customer service and have strong communication skills
- Fully flexible around working pattern (evening and weekends will be required)
- Be approachable and helpful
- Be organised and able to multitask
- A strong team player
This includes booking customers in at reception, being a point of contact for customer questions, being alert to sales opportunities, hosting individuals and groups of larger parties, keeping everything clean and tidy, preparing and serving drinks.
You will also need to be confident and comfortable when dealing with customers.Job Types:
