Role Overview: We are in search of a skilled and seasoned Ecommerce Email Marketing Manager to join our team.   • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics, offering regular reports and actionable suggestions to clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to keep our strategies innovative and efficient.
  • Handle email marketing tools and platforms to ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery.
  • Perform competitive analysis to discover improvement opportunities and stand out from the competition.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing rules and best practices, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in email marketing, particularly in the e-commerce industry.
  • Deep understanding of email marketing best practices, tools, and platforms (e.g. Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization is advantageous.
