Position Summary

The Space Planner is responsible for, but not limited to, the coordination, drawing and execution of planograms for EU retailers for all e.l.f. beauty brands.

Responsibilities

  • submit & upkeep planograms in JDA
  • e.l.f. growth opportunities through data and analytics
  • to sales detailed analysis for POGs
  • hoc reporting and analytics that drive actionable insights
  • to use data-driven insights to make recommendations for planogram resets and present recommendations to retail partners
  • closely with Visual Merchandising team on fixture needs and customer reset execution
  • the EU Product Libraries by season for all e.l.f. beauty brands
  • cross functionally with VM, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain & Vendors to ensure best-in-class seasonal launches
  • Create presentations for internal reviews with leadership teams and address feedback with solution-based creative thinking

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in JDA or equivalent, white wall/cosmetics experience preferred
  • Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and trends
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, with specific focus on Excel and Power Point
  • Detail oriented, ability to work on multiple projects at once under tight deadlines
  • Organization, adaptability, and a high degree of collaboration with cross-function partners
  • Ability to work in a team or independently
