Job Purpose


The role will require a focus and passion for ensuring data integrity both through being part of process design and implementation as well as performing regular data audits to improve the overall health of the data held.

You will be required to be a functioning part of the wider People team learning about and being a source of additional support during the busy periods for the payroll and people administrators.

We would love to welcome you to our head
office at Crewe. Working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. This role will require you to be based at our office 5 days per week. Full induction and training will be provided.

Your responsibilities day to day will be

  • Acting as a point of contact for managers and staff who have reporting queries and questions.
  • Provide excellent quality administrative support to the areas you support.
  • Solving problems as they arise.
  • Supporting all aspects of the employee life cycle from a data perspective.
  • Providing support to the wider People team through data analysis and reporting.
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the HCM system, via both scheduled tasks and reactive work as issues arise.
  • Supporting the People System Analyst with larger projects across the business.

What do we expect of you?

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs particularly in Excel.
  • Experience in reporting on and processing sensitive information.
  • Experience working within a data driven environment ideally with Sage People HCM (not essential)
  • Ability to prioritise and keep to deadlines within a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with others
  • Consistently acting in an accountable and conscientious manner.
