This is a great opportunity to join a very reputable independent property firm as their Credit Controller. They are quite different from your usual high street estate agent and this is an exciting opportunity. You will be monitoring in excess of 160 accountsacross 10 different companies.

Credit Controller - Property profile:
This local agent has a very good reputation with their area, and always aim to give an impeccable service.

As the company's Credit Controller, you will be very busy from the get go, so Credit Control experience is essential.

Experience in property and usingQuickBooks would be hugely beneficial.

Credit Controller - Property job role:

  • Dealing with creditor's queries
  • Returning tenant's deposits
  • Reconciling 13 different company bank accounts
  • Chasing rent and adjusting accounts
  • Updating tenancy move ins and move outs
  • Updating deposits on Tenancy Deposit Scheme website

Credit Controller - Property profile:

  • Experience in credit control, ideally in property
  • Tenacious and confident
  • Strong communication skills
  • High level of Customer Service

Package:
Office based in North West London

Salary:
£30,000

Hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri)
