Are you looking to grow within the retail industry and take on greater responsibilities? At Sainsbury's, as a Customer Experience Manager, you play a key role in ensuring customers have a top-notch shopping experience from the moment they arrive until they check out.
In this position, reporting to the Lead Customer Experience Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the store area. This includes managing a medium to large in-store team, addressing performance matters, and supporting with recruitment.
You will collaborate with another Customer Experience Manager to share ideas and enhance processes, ensuring a seamless transition between shifts. Your leadership will create a welcoming environment where everyone is encouraged to challenge the status quo.
Moreover, you will receive thorough training, tailored to your needs, which will equip you for potential advancements within the Sainsbury's management structure. Additionally, various benefits such as a discount card, free food, holiday entitlement, and access to wellbeing support are provided.
- You will collaborate with another Customer Experience Manager, sharing ideas and identifying ways to improve things, and provide a brilliant handover from each shift to the next
