At the New Model School Company we are proud to manage two small and highly rated prep schools. If you are an HR professional with experience in school settings, we have an exciting opportunity for you to lead and manage various HR functions in our schools such as recruitment, CPD, employee support, compliance, and policy development. This position is dynamic and hands-on, requiring strong organizational and administrative skills, along with knowledge of operational HR matters like payroll and pensions. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively and engage with individuals at all levels.

This role is perfect for an HR Advisor looking to step into a management role in an educational environment or for a seasoned HR manager looking for a new challenge. The salary for this role will be based on your skills and experience. Join our supportive team that prioritizes staff well-being and work closely with the CEO, HR Assistant, Head teachers, and other senior staff both at the schools and Head Office locations.

While the role is based in West London, you will also need to make regular visits to schools in East and North West London, so a willingness to travel is a must (accessible by public transport). Office hours are typically 9 am to 5:30 pm with some flexibility available. We require candidates with previous experience in schools HR compliance and generalist HR, and preferably holding or working towards a level 5 or 7 CIPD qualification. Financial support and study leave may be provided for further qualifications upon employment.
