Our client is looking for an experienced Data Management Officer.
We are looking for a customer focused team player who can listen, support and challenge to ensure the client remains compliant with all Data Protection ( DP) and Freedom of Information ( FOI) regulations.
This is a specialist role and at NPH we value attitude and aptitude, so we are looking for someone with good experience even if you do not currently hold DP and FOI qualifications.
You will play a vital role in the development and review of existing DP and FOI policies and processes, management of customer requests and responses including all FOI and Subject Access Requests, and delivery of our internal DP action plan.
You will be working across the whole organisation as well as with our delivery partners, using your excellent influencing, challenge and negotiation skills to promote and support the embedding of robust DP processes and provide expert consultancy and support
