My client is a leading global company within the oil and gas industry. They are looking for a People Core Specialist to join their HR team for 12 months. The role will join their exciting and fast-paced organisation in Sunbury-on-Thames.

Salary:
£17-19PH


This role provides information and guidance to BP employees and HR, regional & global, on end-to-end employee lifecycle processes and data changes.


  • Perform transactions and handle associated tasks for employee personal and jobrelated data service requests across the employee lifecycle.
  • Undertake work in support of the service area and HR Services as required
  • Build and maintain key partner relationships locally and globally.

Essential Experience:

  • Experience working as an HR Coordinator/Administrator or entrylevel advisory role within a global, large organisation, including direct engagement with the customer group, i.e., providing 1st line query resolution
  • Demonstrate the ability to administer HR systems and processes efficiently.
  • Advanced Microsoft skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint with solid data analytical skills the experience of developing reports and reporting tools and the ability to analyse data produced effectively
  • Familiarity with HR systems, processes, and tools
  • Excellent communicator both in writing and verbally, customer service orientated with the ability to engage with all levels of the organisation
  • Demonstrates high integrity and discretion
  • Highly personally organised, able to plan, prioritise and deliver on a range of tasks against multiple deadlines
  • Selfstarter who can act on their own initiative, and can do attitude
