The Role

As a Senior Golang Engineer, you will lead multiple scrum teams in delivering top-notch software.

Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within an agile team to deliver features, focusing on designing and developing Golang-based microservices/APIs.
  • Drive best practices like consistent branching strategy, coding standards, BDD/TDD, CICD, and DevOps.
  • Engage in all stages of the development life cycle, from design to troubleshooting post-release.
  • Follow the Scrum Methodology, actively participating in sprint activities.
  • Support team members by sharing knowledge and proposing innovative solutions.

Your Profile

Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience

  • Strong expertise in Golang.
  • Proficient in developing microservices & RESTful APIs.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodology.
  • Familiarity with ALM and JIRA.
  • Sound understanding of DevOps and CICD.
  • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and troubleshooting skills.

Good to have:

  • Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of BDD/TDD and UNIX commands.
