Job Snapshot
The main tasks of this role are to own the loan scope repair process from start to finish.

This starts with the initial telephone call from the customer to reviewing the customer's service contract details, organizing collection of the equipment from the hospitals back to the service centre and all relevant paperwork that is required to complete a smooth completion of this process.

Role also includes assisting with the order Processing for Endoscopy Capital Equipment
This role will also entail liaising with customers, relevant team and management within Healthcare 21.

Key Responsibilities:


Customer relationship building by being the first point of contact for the customers when they call in to HC21 for any orders, queries or complaints and escalate where necessary.

Responsible for Loan Stock Management from start to finish including order processing.
Develop and understand the Customer's needs and requirements and act accordingly including alternative options to products.
Manage administration; keep records of customer interactions and transactions and complaints.
Ensure any invoicing and credit control queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.

Be responsible for ensuring all Capital Orders are accurate, liaising directly with the sales team and the end user in order to rectify any discrepancies.

Ensure all warranty information is accurately recorded and passed on to the correct team members and end users.
Service Support to the Customers, by organising for Engineers to visit and assist with issues with the equipment.
Promote adherence to HC21 processes and procedures to support consistency and quality of work.
Occasional travel to carry out field visits with the sales team to enhance learning.
Will meet targets as set by manager.

Have previous experience in a busy pro-active Customer Service or key accounts management role.
Have the ability to work unsupervised whilst delivering a high-quality service.
Have strong administrative skills incorporating planning and organisational skills.
Be customer focused, with excellent communication skills.
Have the ability to prioritise workload and work in a pressurised environment.
Have problem analysis and problem-solving with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Will be adaptable and capable of working on own initiative.
Have a high level of computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Have knowledge of SAP and asset management systems would also be beneficial.
