So you'll be someone who is used to dealing with reworks and coming up with solutions when it comes to the quality of the product.
You'll love working with people, being calm and fair in your approach to management, and be able to get the best out of your team.
5S standards is key for the business and this will need to be looked at by you, and this is somewhere you can make some changes and quickly, rolling this out across the business not just the shop floor.

- Identify things like jigs and fixtures for the production line
- Reduce end-of-line defects
- Introduce processes and systems that you know will work.
- Goods-in experience, you'll be a problem solver, understand plant quality, and be able to resolve issues.
- Working with other areas of the business to resolve issues. If there's an issue thats affecting production - working with the other departments and solving these problems. It's all about team work
- Forward planning production by 4 weeks working closely with the stores/inventory team.
