Job Summary

Treatment Coordinator


Harpenden Orthodontics is looking to employ a Treatment Coordinator on a permanent contract position to join our well-established, Specialist Orthodontist family practice.

Working Hours:

Full time

Monday - Thursday 8.00am -5:30pm

Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Requirements:

  • Dental or Orthodontic treatment coordination experience is preferred but is not essential. This position would be ideal for a practice manager, experienced dental nurse, or a receptionist that is ready to progress to the next step in their career.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Customer service / sales experience
  • Goal driven and able to meet performance targets
  • Administration experience

Benefits:

  • Basic pay of £26,520 + commission & bonus payments
  • GDC and indemnity paid if applicable.
  • 20 days holiday (increasing annually to 25 days) plus Bank holidays
  • You will also enjoy your birthday off if it falls on a weekday
