The Duke of Edinburgh is a quality hotel, bar and restaurant based in the centre of Barrow in Furness.

We produce fantastic food from breakfast through to evening meals, and it's equally important that we offer first class service to our customers.


Our bar offers the widest range of beers, wines, soft drinks and spirits available anywhere in the Barrow area all served in an organised and safe environment.

Our food is all made in house, this is not a microwave kitchen.

We are looking for part time staff, with alternate weekend work.

A distinct and popular benefit of this role is that, we operate an optional "alternate weekend" shift policy at The Duke for our staff, including managers. We work on alternate weekends means that all our bar staff & managers have a rota scheduling every other weekend off.

Plus - All staff are entitled to access our Wagestream system, all our staff rotas/payslips are online via our FourthHospitality app, staff discounts are available at 25% off all food & drink at all Lancaster Brewery venues.
