Private Services Coorindator

PURPOSE
This role will be the first point of contact for all private and Aesthetic services at LivingCare including Skinfinity.
We require an individual who has an exceptional understanding and track record of customer service, who is willing to go the extra mile and who is able to actively able to multi-task and work under pressure.
The administrator will respond to all private enquiries, including facilitation of any booking enquiries which may involve discussions with the clinical team members.
It will be imperative to work closely with the wider operational team to ensure clear lines of communication and outstanding service delivery are provided in line with customer expectations.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the online and telephone booking of private services across the region.
- Converting private customer enquiries into bookings.
- Taking direct payments and recording on appropriate platforms.
- Engaging with insurance providers.
- Ensuring delivery of company KPIs.
- Making onward referrals where required.
- Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and monitoring and responding to feedback
- Recording customer details on the appropriate database as required and monitoring trends and patterns
- Promotion of the service through online platforms in conjunction with the marketing and commercial team
- Ensuring all processes are completed for customers booking appointments with LivingCare
- Meeting and greeting patients as required at the clinic
- Any responsibility within the customer service function.
- First point of contact for all persons attending the hospital, including patients, staff, visitors, Consultants, contractors
