Private Client Solicitor/Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor/Associate to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our Private Client team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on estate planning, tax-efficient business structures, and wealth protection to our high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare complex wills and lifetime trusts
  • Multi-generational estate planning
  • Assist with elderly parents and vulnerable dependants
  • Will disputes
  • Deeds of variation
  • Lasting powers of attorney/court of protection/deputyship applications
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years PQE
  • Experience in dealing with a range of private client matters
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to keep calm and work to tight deadlines
  • A strong team work ethic
