The CSR Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Site/Project Manager to join a long established construction company who have picked up a new £15m steel frame industrial project in Huntstown, North Dublin, outside the M50.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager and the Managing Director duties will include:

  • Ensuring that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet programme and budgetary constraints
  • Day to day running of Site
  • Site compliance with Quality, Environmental & Health & Safety statutory and management system requirements
  • Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets
  • Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines
  • Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Providing specialist technical leadership

Qualifications/Skills Required:
~ Demonstrable record of successfully delivering Commercial Projects valued £10M+
~ Excellent organisational and coordination skills
~ Experience of leading a site team in planning and monitoring project programmes to budgets and resources ensuring delivery to time and cost constraints
~ Site managers CSR card or equivalent
~3rd level training/degree in a construction related course or a qualified trade background with relevant experience.
~ IT and standard industry software skills
~ Full driving licence
~ Ambitious and self-motivated
~ Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients
~ Experience of managing and developing a site team and maintaining strong working relationships with everyone on site
~ Experience of working in a fast paced and busy environment
