As a
CRM Executive, you will be pivotal in delivering our CRM transformation.

You will understand how to exploit CRM platform / ESP capability to drive customer value and optimised customer experience through creation of connected, data-driven, triggered, personalised lifecycle journeys and communications across a customer's health and wellbeing experience.


Help us build a healthier nation by delivering CRM campaigns, communications and automated lifecycle journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud that deliver customer lifetime value.

As our CRM Executive, you will:

  • Plan and execute omni-channel customer lifecycle journeys and communications i.e. Onboarding and Welcome programmes.
  • Produce valuable and informative customer service communications.
  • Manage a marketing and servicebacklog of campaigns, communications, events and messaging requirements.
  • Constantly measure and provide reporting on performance for CRM activity to help optimise future campaigns, communications and journeys.
  • Maximise performance of your customer lifecycle journeys, campaigns and communications through test, measure learn (experimentation) and understanding of our customers through insight.
  • Ensure that Salesforce is equipped with data to adequately supply and enhance the performance of Marketing Cloud.
  • Work with stakeholders and IT to improve data quality and integrity maximising reach. This will include managing duplicates, incorrect data input, customer request changes as varying examples.
  • Have a good understanding of GDPR and how this impacts how we manage data and different communications sent from our Marketing teams.

Skills Required:

  • Previous CRM Executive level experience (35 year's).
  • Previous experience working in Healthcare/Gyms/Fitness industries advantageous.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Adobe Suite / Photoshop.
  • Google Apps Script.
