You And Your Team
As a Rights Administrator you will your current expertise in the Data Protection regulations to process rights requests on behalf of customers and third parties.
Reporting into the Data Rights Manager, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company and work with senior stakeholders across the business.
- Supporting the activities of the DPO, DDPO and DPC as required.
- To have an interest in researching Data Protection Laws and principles in order to become knowledgeable in this area.
- To log, complete and issue individual rights requests within regulatory timeframes (Subject access requests, right to be forgotten etc.)
- Monitoring adherence to the PFG group policy on Data Protection.
What You'll Bring To The Team
- You must have good attention to detail and work to agreed service levels.
- Someone who is comfortable sticking to strict deadlines and daily targets.
- To be able to research and interpret Data Protection Regulations
- Knowledge on how to use Microsoft Office 365, for example, Excel.
- Understanding on how to use Adobe Pro DC.
- Confident in working with large amounts of data.
- A resilient selfstarter, who is comfortable multitasking and happy to roll up their sleeves.
- Strong administration skills.
- Be a good communicator who breeds confidence.
- Adhere to the FCA conduct rules.
