Are you an administrator who can stay calm under pressure and work quickly and accurately to deadlines?


We have a great opportunity to join the Administration team in a busy financial services company dealing with investment banking.

They are a growing business, and they are looking for someone to join their team of 4 support staff in their Crawley office.

This is an ideal opportunity to join a friendly team and be an integral part of the success of the business.

After training, this role can be offered as a hybrid role working some days from home.

Duties will include:

  • Account set up, CRM credit & antimoney laundering checks, risk assessment forms
  • Any client amendments
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Liaising with investment managers for queries
  • Commission reports
  • Late fee reports
