If you thrive on challenges, making decisions, and stepping out of your comfort zone, this role could be a perfect fit for you.

At AXA, we prioritize smart work, empowering our employees to strike a balance between working from home and in the office in a way that suits them, their team, and our clients.

You can expect to be away from home at least 40% of your week, whether at our office locations, meeting with clients, or attending industry events.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Achieving financial targets through profitable underwriting and fostering partnerships with key brokers
  • Ensuring AXA's Service Standards are met and ideally exceeded in the execution of UK and International Programs
  • Establishing positive relationships with clients and brokers, serving as the main contact for all service-related matters concerning their accounts
  • Collaborating closely with Underwriters at all levels to deliver agreed client service standards
  • Ensuring all managed programs adhere to agreed service standards and corporate guidelines
  • Supporting AXA's business development and client relationship initiatives
  • Contributing to ongoing Projects aimed at enhancing the AXA servicing model
Your ProfileWhat we're seeking:
  • Understanding of the Property underwriting market and a keen interest in working within the London and International markets, focusing on specialized Real Estate brokers and clients
  • Solid understanding of legislative and regulatory requirements in insurance, including treating customers fairly
  • Self-motivated and adept at managing your workload independently, operating strategically, and actively influencing the future direction of client service
  • Willingness to go the extra mile, constantly seeking ways to streamline processes and advance, with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Pragmatic decision-maker with strong analytical and numerical reasoning abilities
  • Preferably some experience in managing international insurance programs
As a prerequisite for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in the United Kingdom.

This role falls under the Insurance Distribution Directive (IDD) category, meaning that in addition to pre-employment checks, the successful candidate will undergo background screening every 4 years, with an annual declaration in interim years.
