The position we're seeking to fill is for a Performance Marketing Creative Manager (Paid Social Manager) with a proven track record in building creative paid social campaigns , brand awareness and mid-funnel paid social strategies to drive demand.

The Paid Social Manager will be a crucial member of the performance team and the Central Marketing function.

The successful candidate will need to collaborate with various stakeholders (performance agency, design and brand teams) to help define customer acquisition strategies for multiple products within the group.

As the Performance Marketing Creative Manager, your responsibilities will include creative thinking, crafting briefs, editing, launching, and analysing ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and other Social Media and programmatic platforms.

You'll lead end-to-end management of digital campaigns, collaborating closely with the Performance Marketing team to ensure that each ad meets the high standards of social-first video advertising.

In addition you will collaborate with the Brand, design and the paid social agency to ensure alignment with the company's brand vision.

This role is ideal for individual seeking an exciting professional growth opportunity within a fast-paced client-side role. We are looking for a creative thinker, who still has a strong analytical mindset. Develop and execute innovative paid social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn.
Ideate and develop innovative creative ideas for paid social media and programmatic campaigns.
Conceptualize innovative and engaging creative concepts, scripts, and messaging angles to
fuel the creative process, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision.

Create and manage high-performance paid social campaigns, focusing on audience targeting, ad creative testing, and optimization to drive growth outcomes.

Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for creative improvement.

Collaborate with design and brand teams to develop compelling ad creatives, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with campaign objectives.

Manage and oversee the relationship with the performance agency responsible for managing and executing paid social media campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Creative strategist with great testing skills and optimization of ad creative.
Excellent project managements
Familiarity with tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
