Are you an experienced Senior Marketing Manager with a background in advertising and media looking for your next challenge?


Our client based near Bourne is seeking an experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to join them on a full time permanent basis working Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis (3 days in the office).


As Head of Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing traditional and digital sales & marketing plans and strategies.

You will have responsibility for a portfolio of digital and print publications, related events, web and mailbased products in order to generate growth in business revenue.

You will further enhance brand awareness, managing projects, overseeing subscription and renewal model, leading and managing a team in the execution of marketing campaigns, working to deadlines,analysing data, observing trends, research, working with your team to develop strong social media and web activity to enhance each brand, setting objectives and initiatives and having departmental P&L responsibility, optimisation of global reach of both digitaland traditional channels, monitoring and KPI's and analytics to maximise business opportunities, attending events to promote company and brands.


To be considered for the role of Head of Sales & Marketing, you will have a background and media and advertising, working as a Senior Marketing Manager or in a Head of Marketing position already, with experience of running successful marketing campaigns,strong knowledge of Google AdWords and web analytics, strong leadership skills, creative and analytical mind.


In return, our client is offering a starting salary of up to £40,000, 25 days paid annual leave plus statutory holidays, pension, hybrid working model, on-site parking, company events, excellent working environment.
