Are you a dedicated and reliable team player with exceptional organisation skills? Join our team and help us provide an excellent service to our clients maintaining clean and welcoming spaces.

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Purpose of the role
To provide our Site Manager and Deputy Site Manager with administrative support and supervision of our cleaning team.

Duties


To include, but not limited to, stock checking, compiling and processing reports, diary management, filing, preparation of equipment, processing employee paperwork, supervision of employees and liaison with sub contractors in managing orders.


Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience is highly desirable.
  • Prior experience in the cleaning industry is preferable, but not essential.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Punctuality and reliability
  • Effective communication skills
