The position we are currently recruiting for is an experienced Purchase Ledger who may also be expected to do some administrative duties.


The job role will include but is not limited to;

  • Processing invoices & credits (Sage 50 accounting software)
  • Managing and setting up supplier payments
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Managing supplier relationships (including queries)
  • Providing backing validation to meter rental invoices
  • Reconciling bank accounts
  • Provide cover for other members of the department
  • Other administration duties
  • Experience of Accounts Payable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An organised approach to work
  • Good IT skills (Sage 50 & Excel, the later maybe tested at interview stage)
