Red is excited to be recruiting for a Marketing Administrator on behalf of a global manufacturer founded in 1972. This role is working within a friendly team providing both administrative and marketing assistance. This role is hybrid working after one month and is a temporary position.

Location: Pentwtyn / Office based for the first month, hybrid working after

Key Responsibilities of a Marketing Administrator:

  • Updating Marketing and supporting content on service and corporate websites
  • Monitoring new product releases and updating internal and external warranty documents
  • Providing support to the services offered within the organisation and to market and putting in to place processes for service business opportunities in order to create revenue
  • Preparing and assisting in the creation of new processes and supporting commercial activity
  • Producing and updating existing and new marketing collateral (brochures, leaflets, videos etc)
  • Ensuring documents and model numbers on the service website are up to date

Key Skills of a Marketing Administrator:

  • High competency in Microsoft Office is required as well as a good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Selfmotivated with excellent communication skills, able to work as part of a team or independently
  • Strong marketing focus is required
  • Previous experience working in administration and marketing is preferable
  • Good data analysis and data management skills to support Sales and Marketing
