We're seeking a proactive individual to provide day-to-day support across all our services, ensuring prompt issue resolution in line with SLAs. You'll be the frontline contact for end-users, offering assistance via phone, email, face-to-face interactions, and our ticketing system, with a focus on proactive checks and remote assistance.
This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including troubleshooting and maintenance of business systems, IT services, and infrastructure such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices, telephony, and printing technology. As part of our commitment to excellence, you'll participate in on-site shifts and after-hours on-call rotations, adhering to ITIL 'Lite' best practices and identifying opportunities for continual service improvement.
