Payables Administratorto join their existing team. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager this role will mainly be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with suppliers via effective handling, investigation and resolutionof invoice queries

Responsibilities.

  • Resolution and processing of invoice queries
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal teams and updating internal system
  • Escalating issues and reconciling accounts
  • Dealing with incoming calls and dealing with supplier queries
  • Participating in meetings to resolve queries

Requirements:

  • Accurate with good attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
