About the Role:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations on site.
- Supervising site staff and ensuring efficient management.
- Developing customized training plans for employees.
- Managing workloads effectively and delegating tasks when necessary.
- Ensuring technical and quality procedures comply with regulations.
- Conducting site audits, inspections, and quality control to maintain accreditation.
- Creating site-specific RAMS.
- Providing clients with quotes and tenders for work.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, offering support and advice.
- Maintaining up-to-date and accurate internal systems.
- Checking surveying and analytical reports for quality.
- Improving technical work standards.
- Meeting project deadlines.
- Assisting with financial responsibilities.
- Representing the company professionally in client meetings.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Hold industry certifications: BOHS P402, P403, P404, P405.
- Experience in an operations/technical management role within the asbestos industry.
- Familiarity with HSG 264/HSG 284 guidelines.
- Hands-on experience in asbestos industry roles (e.g., surveying/analytical).
- Proficient in using industry-specific IT systems like TEAMS/TRACKER.
- Strong communication skills across different channels.
