About the Company: Penguin Recruitment Ltd is a leading provider of hazardous materials testing, surveying, and consultancy services. Our client is a UKAS-accredited environmental consultancy specializing in nationwide Asbestos Management services.
Role Overview: This is an exciting opportunity to work with a top UK consultancy, specializing in Asbestos Management services. As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys, collecting samples, and preparing reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition asbestos surveys across various properties.
- Collect bulk samples for analysis and prepare detailed survey reports.
- Communicate effectively with clients, management, and tenants.
- Stay informed about health and safety regulations concerning asbestos.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
Requirements:
- BOHS P402 certification.
- Full UK driving license with a readiness to travel.
- Flexibility regarding commuting and occasional out-of-hours work.
- Proficiency in IT, with knowledge of TEAMS systems.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Locations: Our client operates nationwide, with a focus on key locations.
