£20,803.86 plus geographical allowance of £1,051.00, total of £21,854.86 per annum (with the potential to earn Sleep-in supplements)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Mon-Sun which will include working days, evenings, alternate weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins)

Advance is looking for Support Workers in Banbury to support customers with Learning Disabilities/ Autism/ Complex needs/ mental health conditions to live the lives they choose.

Day to Day activities:

  • Medication administration
  • Support to attend medical appointments
  • Support to maintain home environment: cleaning tasks/laundry
  • Support with the preparation and cooking of meals.
  • Support with independent living skills
  • Support to access community/activities
You don't need to have previous experience working in care or support to be successful in this role.

What matters are your values, your passion and determination to make a difference in the lives of people with Autism or learning disabilities.

Whether you want to work a few hours a week, or full-time, if you think a Support Worker role sounds right for you, you will need to be:

  • Flexible to work on a rolling rota
  • Good at working on your own and within a team
  • Excellent at communicating with people
  • Able to complete good quality support records
