The Recruitment Manager will work with the wider leadership team to manage the recruitment and selection function for Aircoach, providing key services to the business.


Key Accountabilities

  • Manage the full end to end recruitment process, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide an efficient service, ensuring time to hire, and cost per hire is reasonable and within set budget constraints.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Manage the hiring process, including extending job offers and negotiating salaries
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring
  • Collate required MI for the monthly updates and for business updates to share with central HR team
  • Confidently negotiate with external supplier in terms of cost to positively contribute to Aircoach cost challenge
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders of the business to build brand awareness both internally and externally

Skills, Experience and Qualifications required

  • Experience working in a recruiting function and managing numerous vacancies simultaneously.
  • Experience managing vacancies within bus or transport would be desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment marketplace including advertising media such as Indeed, recruitment consultancies and direct recruitment.
  • Confident and professional communicator with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
