Position Overview

Our organization is a prominent provider of outsourcing and advisory services, delivering financial solutions to a diverse global clientele. In light of our remarkable growth, we are eager to welcome an experienced Senior People Partner to our team.

This is a newly established, permanent position that plays a crucial role within the Group People & Culture Team, focusing on the execution of our people strategy and aligning with organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, supporting various professional service divisions throughout the complete employee lifecycle and managing daily HR operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Business Unit Leaders to ensure that operational and financial targets are achieved through effective and strategic people management plans.
  • Deliver professional and proactive HR guidance and support.
  • Implement change management strategies at both organizational and individual levels.
  • Develop and manage initiatives that boost individual and team engagement.
  • Work alongside cross-functional teams and HR colleagues to enhance and deliver high-quality people programs, policies, and processes.
  • Oversee employee relations matters, including performance reviews, absence management, capability assessments, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Facilitate essential training, education, and development opportunities.
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate employee data and documentation.

Candidate Profile

  • Possession of a CIPD or equivalent professional HR qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a senior HR Business Partner, engaging with various stakeholder groups in a professional setting.
  • Proficient in change management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
  • Possess a commercial mindset.
  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of employment legislation applicable to both regions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions while supporting people solutions in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A valid driving license and access to a vehicle for travel between locations, if necessary.
