Office Administrator

My client is looking to appoint an Office Administrator on a Full-time permanent basis. Part-time will also be considered for the role. The hours for the Part-time position would be 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm.
Duties will include:
- Inputting price data accurately using Sage 200 software
- Sage Price Books IT and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Oversee purchasing requirements
- Assist with covering reception duties
- General administrative duties including updating and filing records, office facilities, order system and payments
- Provide administrative support.
The successful Office Administrator will possess:
- Experience as an Administrator or similar role
- Good communication skills
- Organisational skills
- Strong IT and MS Excel skills
