Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new opportunity?

My client is looking to appoint an Office Administrator on a Full-time permanent basis. Part-time will also be considered for the role. The hours for the Part-time position would be 30 hours per week, Monday-Friday 9:00am - 3:00pm.

Duties will include:

  • Inputting price data accurately using Sage 200 software
  • Sage Price Books IT and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Oversee purchasing requirements
  • Assist with covering reception duties
  • General administrative duties including updating and filing records, office facilities, order system and payments
  • Provide administrative support.

The successful Office Administrator will possess:

  • Experience as an Administrator or similar role
  • Good communication skills
  • Organisational skills
  • Strong IT and MS Excel skills

Job Types:

£10.73 per hour
