From Swimming lessons, to walking football and everything in-between we are driven to provide fun and welcoming sessions to support the whole community to be active, both within our leisure centres and in the local community.

We are looking for a Partnership Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team, covering our Centre's within the Cotswolds area.

In this role you will be continually reviewing commerciality and sales and actively creating new business across gym memberships, learn to swim programs, goods for retail and our food and beverage facilities. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the team, to seek out new opportunities that will directly feed into the marketing strategy and objectives.

You will need to manage your time effectively and prioritise your time across the Centre's in a way which drives the highest income across the contract and where more resource & support is required.

Previous Sales Team Management is essential and evidence of how you have maximised sales conversion, developed and implemented marketing plans and effectively managed sales systems to ensure commercial growth.

Hours: 37 hours a week, Monday to Friday

*Occasionally weekend hours may be required to support business needs

Requirements

Experience of managing a varied workload Experience working in a Sales Management role The skill to establish key relationships swiftly and appropriately An ability to feed into and translate into action the marketing strategy and objectives IT skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel Well developed interpersonal skills, able to negotiate and persuade people both internally and externally Team orientated approach, able to work across organization boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of colleagues Mobility to travel across sites Outgoing personality with a 'can do' attitudeFlexible and adaptable A target-driven person
