We are looking for an experienced Project Administrator until end of March 2024, to contribute towards the delivery of our Transformation Programme, specifically projects relating to HR and Payroll.

Working closely with the Project Manager and Senior Stakeholders to drive forward assigned workstreams.


You will liaise between business users, HR & Payroll teams and external suppliers to ensure that detailed business requirements are captured clearly, and requirements are delivered during the course of the project.

This is a hybrid role; predominantly home based with 1 day per week in our Head Office in Thame.

About the role:


As project administrator you will perform gap analysis and data comparison, document processes, and contribute to post implementation benefits analysis.

You will also feed into and update the register of project risks and issues, including mitigation plans.

This role will help ensure any related changes to business processes are managed in a controlled and effective way. Elicit, analyse, negotiate, validate, document, manage and deliver requirements.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Project Administration experience in the deployment and/or integration of HR and Payroll Systems/Processes
  • Practical experience of Project methodologies
  • Experience in HR and systems
  • Effective communication and documentation skills
  • Demonstration of creative and problemsolving mindset
  • Ability to adapt to fastchanging priorities
