OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL

  • Have experience working in a busy, sometimes highpressure (ideally hospitalitybased) environment
  • Be willing to learn how to be the best of the best both behind the bar and waiting tables
  • Promote high standards throughout the business
  • Be passionate for quality, innovation, value for money, people and communication
  • Be careerfocused with an eye always firmly on progression to supervisor level.
