Portfolio requirements:

  • If you are asked for interview you will need to submit 1520 examples of your best photography for evaluation in a printed format of A4/ 10" x 8".

A Photographer's role-


The photographer's role within the studio consists of all aspects from customer contact prior to a session ( over the phone), learning how we shoot, being proficient with the edit process, having excellent time management and the ability to be creative and personal to each and every client who visits us.

We use Broncolor studio lighting with multiple Softboxes/Heads/reflectors etc etc.

There will be technical training including the use of a light meter and you will need to understand exposure/apertures/shutter speeds etc.

You will also need Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom knowledge and will be tested on this at interview.

A Viewers role- Being responsible for creating sales orders through photographic artwork which will last a lifetime in our customers' homes. Using our bespoke software to take a client through a viewing process resulting in a transaction/sale, remembering that we are a business which has sales targets to achieve. Having a genuine desire to see your ideas translated into real life and then seeing the reaction in our clients' eyes when they collect their art pieces is a wonderful feeling

You must have good English language skills, be computer literate, be able to think on your feet

Bonus scheme paid on achieving targets.
**40 hours a week
- **Including 2 Late evening shift 1pm

  • 9pm and 1 weekend day each week (with Sunday and Monday days off)
Plus 2 full weekend shifts ( Saturday and Sunday) per month (with Monday & Tuesday off)
