What you'll be getting up to in more detail:

  • Working closely with advisers, managing a defined workload of leads.
  • Dealing with highly sensitive member information, being compassionate and understanding towards the client, ensuring they feel confident and comfortable providing the relevant information.
  • Developing relationships with lead providers and network members, supporting an effective referral process and providing timely feedback on case progression.
  • Managing inbound enquiries to effectively qualify and triage client needs to deliver suitable referrals and handovers to advisers.
  • Managing client expectations and dealing with enquiries relating to their cases, being timely and working to agreed timescales.
  • Proactively contacting lowvolume referrers to build deeper relationships and increase referral volumes.

You will be able to demonstrate the following skillsets:

  • Previous administrative experience.
  • Minimum A-C in GCSE Maths and English.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilient, high energy, highly efficient and selfsufficient.
  • Confident telephone manner with the ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service to both clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent time management, administration and organisation skills with the ability to work within specified timescales and quality levels.
  • Experience of dealing with client queries in a timely manner.
