Essential Functions
General maintenance of all rooms and hallways.

General repairs of all chairs and dining furniture as required.

To prioritise repairs as needed

Maintenance of light fitments regularly.

To PAT test all small appliances in Registered Homes before first use and to review on a regular basis.

To review fire safety systems and risk analysis annually.

To ensure adequate stock and equipment levels for the maintenance programme.

To ensure the rooms and communal spaces are properly maintained and adequately heated.
