We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Supervisor who thrives in leading a team of warehouse operators. Your main responsibilities will include preparing orders, packing boxes/pallets, and ensuring safe storing/loading practices. You will also be in charge of maintaining inventory controls, reporting discrepancies effectively, and fostering a positive team environment by having a proactive approach.

Please Note: This role may involve physical work, including manual lifting of materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safety and security at all times
  • Inspire and motivate the team to meet client requirements
  • Complete shift-related paperwork accurately
  • Supervise loading/unloading activities with a focus on safety
  • Report any mechanical issues promptly
  • Promote Health & Safety practices
  • Train staff on warehouse procedures
  • Provide daily briefings to the team
