Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver face-to-face training and induction programs to employees
- Create an inclusive and positive learning environment
- Identify and support individuals with specific training needs
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and refresher training
- Support staff with mandatory eLearning
- Stay updated on social care practices and legislation
- Contribute to course material preparation and presentation
- Ensure staff qualifications are up to date and in compliance with regulations
- Participate in designing current and future training programs
What We're Looking For:
- Hold a Level 3 Award in Education and Training or equivalent
- Possess relevant Train the Trainer qualifications
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
A full clean driving license and access to your vehicle are mandatory, as you'll be commuting to various sites in Norfolk and Suffolk for up to 50% of your time.
