What You Really Need To Know
- The annual salary is £23k Per Annum
- The role is working Monday to Friday and based on a 40 hour week

Finance & Compliance Apprentice Duties:
- To support with compliance audits on site on a monthly basis.
- To monitor driver behavior through Telematics and provide information to the Transport Manager to enable them to challenge any unsuitable behavior patterns.
- Inform AIVA when necessary on any claims and to ensure that all information is available.
- Be aware of the workload requirements in order to consider the hire or de hire of vehicles or trailers as and when required.
- Ensure site fleet numbers are correct with regards to Operators Licence
- Any other reasonable business requests
- Working closely with the other members of the Team in order to fully understand Customer and Suppliers requirements and expectations.
- Raising sales invoices
- Production weekly reports
- Raising and monitoring purchase orders in a timely fashion
- Handling purchase invoices and statements, reconciling and communicating with suppliers
- Data inputting
- Checking revenue streams
- Provide timely, quality and accurate management information, (Weekly/Monthly)
- General administration duties
Compliance Administrator Requirements:
- Previous administration experience
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft office, particularly words processing and spreadsheet skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good standard of education
- Ability to learn quickly and have a cando attitude
- Able to work under pressure
