Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred Shoreditch has 258 bedrooms, five restaurants and bars including a breakfast restaurant, a destination cocktail bar and a rooftop bar and terrace, offering panoramic views over East London.

As the Housekeeping Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the housekeeping department.

Your role will involve ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards, managing housekeeping staff schedules, and assisting with inventory management.

This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering excellent service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Develop and manage housekeeping staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.
  • Assist with the training and development of housekeeping staff, ensuring all team members are knowledgeable about hotel policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and other housekeeping materials, placing orders as needed to maintain sufficient stock levels.
  • Handle guest requests and concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, including room status, maintenance issues, and staff performance.
