Excellent opportunity has arisen within a highly reputable, well established firm of IFAs for an experienced financial services administrator. Working within a very friendly and supportive team environment, this is a great opportunity for someone seeking careerdevelopment.
Your new role
Providing support to advisers ensuring clients receive high standards of client service.
A varied role covering a broad range of responsibilities including assisting advisers to prepare for client meetings, preparing valuations, requesting Letters of Authority,completing all documentation for new business, liaising with providers, preparing cases for paraplanning.
You will also be a key point of contact for clients for all administrative matters and enquiries.What you'll need to succeed
Essential to have experience of supporting advisers, good knowledge of administrative processes involved in financial planning, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, good IT skills and experience of using financial planning back officesystems.
