Sales Negotiator/valuer

When out and about, property familiarisation visits, some viewings and ultimately, market appraisals, will be a fair part of the role.

In addition, an eye for detail in writing property sales particulars, completing admin relating to the money laundering regulations and an awareness of the material information guidelines, will also be an integral part, so excellent admin, literacy and IT skills will also be required.


You will need to be able to deal across all sectors of the market, with the ability to tie up sales and progress them through to completion.


Duties to include:

  • Dealing with clients face to face as well as over the telephone in a professional manner
  • Booking and carrying out property familiarisation visits and some viewings
  • Negotiating sales
  • Managing sales through to competition by liaising with solicitors, other estate agents and clients
  • Keeping chains running smoothly and problem solving when necessary
  • Carrying out valuations (if you are an experienced valuer) or training to become one


Pool cars are available for appointments, but if you are required to use your own, a mileage allowance will be paid.


Salary:
Up to £36,000.00 per year
