In this pivotal role, you will proactively support key short-term and long-term projects, enabling the business to become a 'great place to work'. You will oversee Human Resource activity across two divisions, collaborating to deliver a robust HR function. Your responsibilities will encompass managing day-to-day operations, supporting a variety of case work, TUPE and strategic HR Projects, and providing strategic counsel to the management team.
