Description
Apprentice Business admin - Garage receptionist AJH Automotive LTD
Greets customers in a pleasant and professional manner, takes phone calls and books appointments.
Computes customer invoices.
Receives cash and credit card payments from customers, records amount received.
Makes change and issues receipts to customers.
Refers customers who have questions about the work performed, additional maintenance, or repairs etc. to the service technician or other appropriate individual.
Handles customers with integrity and poise.
Maintains and files repair orders, parts invoices.
Assists service and parts department with telephone coverage.
Sends quotes and videos by mobile APP.
Maintains cleanliness of office.
Working hours:
Mon - Wed.
Entry requirements
GCSE Maths and English grade 4/C desirable.
Training to be provided
One day a week at New College Durham for training.
