We are looking for a dedicated Deputy Home Manager to ensure high-quality care and support in our facility. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of approximately £52,000 per annum.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support the Home Manager in achieving business performance and quality targets
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the care staff
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure high standards of care and challenge poor practices
  • Contribute to safety, quality, and financial management
  • Promote the care home in the community
  • Safeguard the welfare of adults in your care

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Registered Nurse with managerial experience
  • Proven track record in Health and Social Care
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Proficient in computer applications
